Broccoli Rice Casserole

What makes this quick-cooking broccoli, cheese, and rice casserole really tasty is coating the broccoli and rice in a creamy sauce.

How to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Heat butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add broccoli to the skillet and cook until it's tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in rice, condensed soup, cheese sauce, and milk. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  5. Pour broccoli-rice mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the mixture is hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
